What are the most significant challenges to predict the client's demand?
There are 2 big challenges: Too few people and too much data. On the people side, we have too few data scientist which have the capability of data analysis who understand analytics and computer science. But in fact, company provides, we can use them more and more friendly which the mangers who has less experience in data analysis can still us them. We see many companies have not plan to create marketing technology office. On the data side, we see a lot of tools help us to collect and manage the data which increase the volume from different resources. How could me get insight of them and ho to bring all the data together into one place from other business unit to allow the marketing to analyze them is quite big difficult.
